"The Bounty Hunter" Bob McMillen wins $1,200 Street Stock special at Hummingbird Speedway.

Another summer-like Saturday night welcomed fans and drivers from Central and Southern Pennsylvania, even New York, back to Hummingbird Speedway for our $1,200 to win Ina Caltagarone Street Stock Shootout. Also racing on the night included the: Swanson Heavy Duty Truck Repair Semi-Late Models, Sunny 106.5 FM Pure Stocks, and Aaron's of DuBois Front-Wheel Drive Four-Cylinders. Bob McMillen from St. Marys claimed the win the Street Stock special after passing Dave Shagla around the halfway mark and never looking back in the second half of the race. Other feature winners on the night included: Doug Surra from Kersey in the Swanson Heavy Duty Truck Repair Semi-Late Models, Rich Waltman from Coolspring in the Sunny 106.5 FM Pure Stocks, and Jim Fye from Reynoldsville in the Aaron's of DuBois Front-Wheel Drive Four-Cylinders.

Tommy Kronenwetter and Steven Zimmerman led the Swanson Heavy Duty Truck Repair Semi-Late Models trackside for their opening 20-lap feature event. A couple quick caution flags kept the field close through the first few laps. Doug Surra took the top spot from Kronenwetter as the race saw it's first extended green-flag run of the night. A caution a few laps later would bring the field back together once again as Nick Erskine got around Kronenwetter for the second spot. After another caution flag, Surra jumped out the lead with Erskine and Kronenwetter behind. Two more cautions came out keeping the field close for the next few laps. On the restart, Surra continued to lead over Erskine and Kronenwetter as the race neared it's halfway mark. Yet another caution flag came out just passed the halfway mark bunching the field back together. One final caution would come out in the closing laps setting up for one last restart. On the final restart, Surra checked out on the field and never looked back as he held on to pick up the win and $600 plus lap money payday. Erskine, Kronenwetter, Steven Zimmerman, and Lester Hudson rounded out the top 5. Kronenwetter and Erskine won the heat races.

Mike Dempsey and Bob McMillen led a full field of Cypress Clock & Gift Shop Street Stocks to the track for the 30-lap Ina Caltagarone Street Stock Shootout feature race. Dempsey and McMillen battled each other for the lead on the initial start until Dempsey spun on the frontstretch a few laps in, bringing out the first caution flag of the race. On the restart, Dave Shagla Jr. and Fuzzy Fields both worked their way around McMillen to take the first and second spots respectively. Fields worked his way around Shagla on the outside to take the lead, a few laps after the restart. Fields continued to lead until another caution came out a few laps later. On the ensuing restart, Fields took the lead with Shagla and McMillen behind. Shagla used the low line to his advantage to reel in Fields and pass him for the lead just a few laps after the restart. Shagla continued to lead over Fields and McMillen until another caution came out, bringing the field back together. Under caution, Fields pitted, forcing him to go to the rear of the field. That gave the second spot to McMillen and the third spot to newcomer, Jeff Broniszewski. Another couple cautions came out, keeping the field close. On the ensuing restart, McMillen used the high line to his advantage to work his way around Shagla for the race lead just passed the halfway mark in the race. Also, Bruce Hartzfeld worked his way around Broniszewski to take the third spot. McMillen and Shagla battled for the lead for several laps until another caution for a spin on the frontstretch brought the caution out once again. An onslaught of cautions would plague the final laps of the race. On the final restart, McMillen got the jump and there was no looking back as he picked up the win and the $1,200 plus lap money payday. Shagla, Hartzfeld, Broniszewski, and Curt Bish rounded out the top 5. Shagla, Gary Luzier, and McMillen won the heat races.

Sam McAdams and Josh Fields led the Sunny 106.5 FM Pure Stocks trackside for their 15-lap feature event. A slew of caution flags started the race as McAdams held the lead over Fields and the rest of the field. The race finally saw it's first extended green-flag run of the race after several caution flags. McAdams continued to lead over Fields and the rest of the field as newcomer, Rich Waltman, charged his way up through the pack and into the top 5. Another caution for a spin in turn 2 brought the field back together once again. On the ensuing restart, Waltman used the outside line to his advantage to get around Fields for the second spot as he set his sights on McAdams for the lead. McAdams continued to lead until another caution would come out bringing the field back together. After another caution flag, the race saw it's final restart. On the final restart, Waltman used the high and low lines to catch McAdams and battle with him for the lead. McAdams battled hard on the bottom on the last lap but didn't have enough as Waltman edged him out at the line to get the win and the $400 plus lap money payday. McAdams, Fields, Dustin Challingsworth, and Bill Mumau rounded out the top 5. Fields and Mike Anderson won the heat races.

Jim Fye and Wayne Truitt led the Aaron's of DuBois Front-Wheel Drive Four-Cylinders trackside for their 12-lap feature race. Fye jumped out to the early lead as both Zach Lennox and Zack Frantz got passed Truitt to take the second and third spots respectively. Fye continued to lead for several laps until the race saw it's first caution flag. On the following restart, Fye took the lead as Lennox and Frantz battled for second behind him. Fye continued to lead as the race passed the halfway mark. A caution for an incident in turns 3 and 4 would bring the caution out once again. On the final restart of the race, Fye checked out on the field and never looked back in the closing laps as he held on to pick up the win and the $250 plus lap money payday. Lennox, Frantz, Keegan Bell, and Jake Becker rounded out the top 5. Lennox and Fye won the heat races.
